30 days free return or exchange. Please contact us at support@savagetech.studio for RMA to put in the package and postage for returns.

Shipping time may very depending on your location. We process orders within 24 - 72 hours during normal business hours, Mon-Fri. We do not process orders over the weekend. You will be updated with tracking information when your order ships.

We don’t offer general returns and exchanges, but we do offer 30 day returns or exchange if there’s something wrong with your order. Such as quality issues. Please let us know by contacting us at support@svgraw.com
Custom Hardware
Custom computers and hardware aren’t offered returns. Unless otherwise stated in the description. We don’t issue refunds if you decide you don’t want it as the computers are custom built for you only. But if there is something wrong with your order we’ll sort it out.Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. This refers to print on demand and custom computers. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@svgraw.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges on wrong size or color. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@svgraw.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
